Peggy Davalos

Peggy Jean Davalos, nee Morris, 61, of Bartlett and formerly of Park Ridge and Niles; loving wife of Jesus "Jesse"; cherished mother of Jennifer (Lenny) Gierke-Fisher, Jessica and the late Jason; dear grandmother of Brianna, Lucas and Olivia; beloved sister of Wayne (Janet), Mike, Donna, Matt, Mark, Ann (Andrew), Peggy, Dennis (Lynn) and Martin; adored daughter of the late Wayne and Cecelia and fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Peggy Davalos was born in Chicago, grew up in Park Ridge, and ended up in Bartlett. She worked her way from a blue-collar job to upper management, and discovered a passion for helping others advance themselves. She knew the value of a good education and pushed her daughters to do their best. She loved country music, traveling across the world, and spending time with her family. She hated driving in the snow, but loved the Christmas season, especially spending time with her extended family. She enjoyed playing with her grandkids and found the good in everyone she ever met.
