Pearl "Joan" Schaffer, 92, of Bartlett. Beloved wife of the late Sherwin; loving mother of Sandra "Sandy" (Paul) Gaynon, Elanie Schaffer and Bonnie (James) Bosco; and cherished grandma of Elliot, Rachel, Rebecca, Angelo, Robert and Stephanie. She was truly loved and will be deeply missed. Graveside services will be held at 1:00p.m., Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at Shalom Memorial Park, 1700 W Rand Rd, Palatine, in the interment chapel.
