Pauline V. O'Connor (nee Weaver), 95 a long time resident of South Elgin passed away November 30, 2015. Surviving her are her Dear husband Frank, Loving son Michael (Karen), two grand-daughters Kendra, Tegan; two sisters Alice Trueblood, Mary Hadden; two brothers John Weaver, Marvin Weaver and many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Visitation Wednesday, December 2nd 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 95 S. Gilbert St. (at State St.) South Elgin. Funeral Thursday, 11:00 a.m. Burial South Elgin Cemetery.
