Paula A. Musilek; (nee, Waisnor), of Schaumburg; born May 19, 1952, in Berwyn, IL and passed away on July 22, 2026, in Barrington IL; she was the beloved daughter of the late Valentine and the late Alyce (nee, Yuknis); loving wife of Edward; loving mother of Tracy P. (Steve Goldman) Musilek and the late Glen E. Musilek; devoted grandmother of Presley, Nora, Melanie, Corey, Dylan and Zach; dear sister of Alan Waisnor, Keith Waisnor and Paula's twin brother, Paul Waisnor; fond sister-in-law of Sandy (late William) Boyce; cherished aunt of Michael, Laura, Holly, David and Cheryl; also, thoughtful friend of many.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at Countryside Funeral Homes, 333 S. Roselle Road, Roselle, IL 60172, from 4:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. A service will be held at 6:30 P.M. Cremation will follow privately after services. For information 630-5295751
