Paul Lewis Troyke of Roselle; husband of the late Lolita Jean Pantke; father of David (Jean), Steve (Melissa), Jeanne (Mike) Dolphin and the late Paul R. (Jean); grandfather of Christine, Eli (Erin) Troyke, Alison (Mathew) Wlezen, Tara (Blake) Stahl, Mark (Amanda) Dolphin, Mathew (Paris McBrooks), Marissa Brunner (Mic) and Michael; great grandfather of Paul, Noah, Ava, Brant, Benjamin, Asher, Jericho. Preceded in death by his parents Edwin and Alma Troyke and his two brothers Edward and John.
Graduated from Glenbard High School in Glen Ellyn IL in 1947
Paul worked as a Draftsman and Mechanical Engineer for Sargent & Lundy Design Firm from 1947-1970
In 1970 he took the position of Vice President with the William A. Pope Co. of Chicago. He became, Vice President of Operations till he purchased the company in 1977. Paul retired in April of 2012, when he sold the 130 year old company to Hayes Mechanical.
Paul had a great love for his family and friends and was always generous with his time and talents and was a
lifelong active member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Roselle.
Paul has been a member of Itasca Country Club since 1974 and was their longest standing member. He had a passion for golf, but never got a hole in one.
