Paul Thomas Pogorzelski, 74, of Streamwood died November 29, 2023. Paul was the beloved husband of Paulette (nee Meyers) for 38 years; loving father of Jon, Sam (Jean) and the late Amy; proud grandfather of Nathan, Michael, Levi and Brooklyn; dear brother of Joann Sliwinski and Diane (Tom) Keough.
Visitation Wednesday, December 6, 3:00pm - 8:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 S. Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Road) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Following services cremation will be private at Countryside Crematory.
