Memorial visitation for Patricia L. Samples will be from 6 p.m. until the time of service at 7 p.m., Monday, Nov. 22, at the Countryside Funeral Home, 333 S. Roselle Road, Roselle. Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory. Born Aug. 10, 1942 in Chicago, she died peacefully at home Oct. 22, 2010, after a valiant struggle with cancer.
Patricia was the beloved wife for 34 years of Henry; loving mother of Scott (Joanne) Duffer of Elgin and Steven Duffer of Hoffman Estates; loving stepmother of Bret (Betty) Samples of Azusa, Calif., Henry Grant (Cyndy) Samples of Pasadena, Calif., and cherished grandmother of Phillip, Brianna, Erin, Ashley, Tommy and Brendan.
