Patricia Rocha

Patricia "Pat" Rocha, 71, of Hoffman Estates, died March 30, 2018. Pat was the beloved wife of Humberto Ray Rocha, they were married in 1968, July would have been their 50 year anniversary, but they had been holding hands for 58 years. Loving mother of Pamela Rae (Scott) Young, Paula Angela (David) Lubor, and Tricia (Todd) Kress; proud grandmother of Devin, Kara, Kristina, Emily, Ben, Sam, Josh, Raena, Rebecca and Kaylee; dear great grandmother of Gabriel and Amiah; cherished sister of John (Marcia) McAleer. Pat was a loving woman who lived for her family. She taught for 1 year at Fenton High School and received her MBA later in life.

Visitation Thursday, April 5, 3:00 p.m. until time of service 8:00 p.m. at Countryside Funeral Homes and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Road) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Interment Friday 10:00a.m. at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
