A Memorial mass for Patti will be held on Saturday, September 24th at 9:30 a.m. at St. Isidore Catholic Church, (large church, not the chapel) 427 W. Army Trail Rd., Bloomingdale, IL 60108
Visitation for Patricia Perez was held Tuesday, September 13th from 3:00 - 9:00 p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd. (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett. Following visitation cremation will take place at the Countryside Crematory.
