Visitation Friday, November 15th 3:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd., (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett. Funeral Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to Queen of the Rosary Church. Mass 10:00 a.m. Burial St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to Chicago Area Affiliate of Susan G. Komen, Attn: Donor Services, 8765 W. Higgins Road, Suite 401, Chicago, IL 60631 would be appreciated.
