Patricia Moore

Patricia A. Moore, nee Leone, of Streamwood; devoted wife of the late Steven R.; loving mother of Michael (Maggie) and Matthew (Amanda); cherished grandmother of Andrew, Alex, Kyle and Kiera; dear sister of Dennis (Nikki) and the late Timothy; beloved daughter of the late Charles A. and the late Madelyn A. Leone, nee Danner. Pat was a longtime educator in the U-46 school district, most recently at Sunnydale Elementary School for 20 years where she taught 2nd grade. Memorial visitation Sunday April 24th from 3:30 pm until time of her memorial service 5:15 pm at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Rd. (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett.
