Visitation for Patricia Ann Koptik nee Donnersberger of Homer Glen, formerly of New Buffalo, MI and Downers Grove will be held Thursday 5:00 - 8:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 333 S. Roselle Rd. (1/2 mile south of Irving Park Rd.) Roselle. Funeral Friday 10:30a.m. to St. Walter Church. Mass 11:00a.m. Interment private.
Born May 7, 1930 in Chicago, Patricia died Sunday January 5, 2014.
She is the beloved wife 19 years of the late Dr. George;loving mother of Jim (Karina) and Michael (Susan); cherished grandmother of Zachary, Katerina, Isabella, Benjamin and Gillian; dear sister of Sarah (Roy) Greensley, Hon. David (Eileen) Donnersberger and the late Jack (Una) and the late Tom (the late Margie).
