Visitation for Patricia Ann Konopi nee Bell of Streamwood since 1973 will be held Friday, April 13, 2018 3:00 - 9:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Funeral Saturday 9:15a.m. to St. John the Evangelist Church. Mass 10:00a.m. Interment St. Michael the Archangel.
She is the beloved wife of the late Michael; loving mother of Susan Marie Donahue, Karen Marie Fitzgerald and Jacqueline Marie (Steve) Brust; proud grandmother of Heather Graf, Joseph Zastrow, Chelsea (Jason) McGowan and Stephanie Brust; cherished great grandmother of the late Lucas and Austin Zastrow; dear sister of John Francis (Jeannie) Bell, Jeraldine (Tom Schar) Siok and Joanne (Jim) Duffy; many loving nieces and nephews.
