Patricia Kodak

Patricia F. Kodak (nee Frankovich), 84, of Hoffman Estates, formerly of Manistique, MI passed away peacefully March 19, 2015 surrounded by family. Patricia was the beloved wife of the late James D. Kodak and the late Eugene J. Wood; loving mother of Kathy (Robert Dykes) Young, David (Donna) Wood, Suzanne Wood and Kim Kodak (the late Elmer) Bigham; proud grandmother of many grandchildren and great grandchildren; cherished sister of Alice (the late Marvin), Rosemary (the late Len), Robert (Mary Ann), the late Agatha (Gunner), George (Grace), Mary Ann (Ted), Gaylord (Cora) and Adele (Gene).

Patricia loved reading, crocheting and knitting. She was a school teacher at St. Hubert School for many years and retired from there.

Visitation for Patricia Monday, March 23, 3:00p.m. – 9:00p.m. at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Road) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Funeral Tuesday 10:15a.m. to St. Hubert Church Mass 11:00a.m. Following services cremation will take place privately at Countryside Crematory. Inurnment Wednesday St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donation to the family would be appreciated.
