Patricia Lee "Pat" King

Patricia Lee "Pat" King (nee Partyka), 83, of Bartlett for 40 years, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 5, 2026. Pat's love and devotion to her family was unwavering, everyone who met her would quickly realize family meant everything to her. She had a zest for life, a very strong, loving personality with such a positive energy. She was the one who would light up a room. Her vibrant spirit was reflected in every aspect of her life as well as her relationships with people. Pat started her professional journey in real estate and worked in the field for over a decade. This also included her traveling back and forth selling Florida properties before taking a leap of faith becoming the proud owner of Automatic Doors, Inc. which started in 1986. She dedicated years (with her husband Tom) building a reputable business for more than 3 decades through courage, perseverance, and grit. She had a strong foundation and is the reason the business is thriving still today. Beloved wife of 64 years to Thomas; loving mother of Mindy King-Crosby and Thomas King; proud grandmother of Kyle Thomas Crosby, Chloe Crosby, Madeleine King, Ava King, and Bodhi King; dear sister of Terry (Barb) Partyka and the late Leonard Partyka; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Thursday, March 12 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Rd. (at Stearns Rd.), Bartlett.
