Patricia Ann "Patt" Gucciardo(nee Lorek), 62, of Belvidere formerly of Bartlett, passed away Friday October 23. Pat was a loving, sassy homemaker who enjoyed fashion and spending time with her family. Beloved wife of David; loving mother of David(Sarah), Nicole(Ron) Washington, and Alysia(Rick) Diveley; dearest grandma of Tyler, Devin, Eathin, Nicholas, Kyle, Dominic, and Isabella; dear daughter of Anna(nee Kuzius) and the late Richard Lorek; fond sister of Richard and Tom(the late Susan) Lorek and the late Diana Decker; special aunt of many nieces and nephews.
