Patricia was THE definition of a good person. She had a heart of gold, always always brought out the best in everyone She found peace and an inner calm when she was outdoors, surrounded by nature. She will be remembered for being strong, selfless, forgiving, funny, never wanting to stop learning, having an unwavering faith in God. However, most of all, she loved being a mom and especially a grandma. Her family is what motivated her to continue on throughout all of her challenges in life.

Memorial visitation will be held at St Thomas More Catholic Church, 215 Thomas More Dr, Elgin.Tuesday, December 10th, 2019 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass 10:30 a.m . Cremation private at the Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers donations to savethechildren.org would be appreciated.
