Patricia Mary Auer

Patricia M. Auer (nee Stark), 83, of West Chicago, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, January 21, 2026. Pat attended Bonaparte Grade School in Lisle and then St. Isadore Catholic Grade School in Cloverdale. She was a high school student at Glenbard High School. Pat was a co-owner of Stark Sanitary Service her and her husband Micky owned for 42 years. She enjoyed visiting Aruba and Manitowish Waters, WI with her family. Pat was an avid flower gardener who enjoyed genealogy, reading, and bird watching. Beloved wife of 64 years to Alfred E. "Micky"; loving mother of Susan (Wayne) Norris, Kathy (Eric) Engstrom, Melissa (Tim) Conover, the late Christine Auer, and the late Jeffrey Auer; cherished grandmother of Thomas (Cori) Salamone, Daniel (Lisa) Salamone, Alexander (Nora) Norris, Tayler (Peter) Anderson, Rachel Conover, and Timothy Conover; proud great grandmother of Zach, Olivia, Beckett, Vivian, Deven, Everett, Lily, Theodore, and Leo; dear sister of the late Arthur (Alma) Stark; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Tuesday, January 27 from 10:00am until time of funeral service 1:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Rd. (at Stearns Rd.), Bartlett.
