Patricia Gail Hojnacki, 76, of Bartlett, IL passed on August 21, 2025. Pat was born on August 1, 1949 in Chicago, IL to her parents John F. and Helen Hojnacki. She is the beloved sister of John (Judy) Hojnacki and Michael (Marzena) Hojnacki; loving aunt of Jennifer (Brian) Wickey, Christy (Jeff) Tatara, Tracy (Ron) Davies and Joseph (Vanessa) Hojnacki; cherished great-aunt of Allison and Jack Cunniffe, Logan Tatara, Travis and Kyle Davies and Lily Hojnacki; dear cousin and friend to many.
