Pastora jimenez (nee Roldan), 92, of Hanover Park for 35 years, passed away peacefully Sunday, November 30, 2025. Pastora was an avid cook who enjoyed shopping and especially spending time with her grandkids. Beloved wife of the late Bernardo, Sr.; loving mother Maria Londono and the late Bernardo, Jr.; devoted grandmother of Shirley (Eric) Mudra, Charlene Jimenez, Juan (Kimberly) Londono, Ray (Cara) Jimenez, Jacqueline (Joel) Fitzgerald, and Albert Swiger; proud great grandmother of Enrique, Erica, Jessica, Jacob, Eleanor, Sophia, Julia, Benjamin, Leah, and Joshua; dear sister of 5 brothers and sisters; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Friday, December 5 from 11:00am until time of service 1:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 333 S. Roselle Rd. (1/2 mile south of Irving Park Rd.), Roselle.
