Pamella Ann (Pam) Tucibat, 67, of Mundelein passed away early October 13, 2025 at Condell Hospital.
Pam was born March 14, 1958 in Chicago, and grew up in Des Plaines with her parents and two brothers. She graduated from Maine North High School in 1976 and was always up for the shenanigans the neighborhood kids got up to. After high school, she enjoyed being a receptionist for various offices in the Chicagoland area. She was also very proud to be the first woman fork lift operator at the Lawry’s Factory in Des Plaines. Pam also had a great time bartending in Des Plaines over the years. She lived with her daughter, Alyssa, in Des Plaines and Mundelein, and later resided at Elevate Care of Riverwoods.
Pam was preceded in death by both parents Robert and Barbara Tucibat. She is survived by her daughter Alyssa (Camille), siblings Bob and Ron (Ginger), and an incredible number of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Pam loved creating cards using Stampin’ Up stamps, and loved the time spent with her mom, Barb, while they planned and created cards together. She cherished time spent with family and friends. Pam spent countless hours researching genealogy with her aunt Pearl and independently over several decades. She also loved riding on the back of a Harley while soaking up the sun. However, Pam’s greatest joy was her daughter, Alyssa, who she was incredibly proud of.
Pam will be dearly missed by all who knew her, but all will take comfort in the great memories they have created with her.
Visitation will take place Thursday October 16th, 2025 at Countryside Funeral Home 1640 S. Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Road) Streamwood, from 3:00pm -9:00pm.
