Oscar Ochoa

Oscar Ochoa, 73, of Hanover Park, was called home Sunday, September 2, 2018. Born November 23, 1944 in Mexico. Oscar enjoyed working on cars, mowing his yard and BBQing for family and friends. He was an avid Cubs fan and enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandkids. Beloved husband of 48 years to Minerva (nee Saenz); loving dad of Lucy and Patty (Nick) Roth; cherished grandpa of Ayden, Gavyn and Jaycob; dear son of the late Felipe and Rita (nee Riviera); kind brother of the late Elida, Joseangel, Santos and Lala; and his angel on earth Bartek. Visitation 3:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. Friday, September 7, 2018 at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd (at Stearns Rd), Bartlett. Funeral Saturday 10:15a.m. to St Peter Damian Catholic Church, Mass 11:00a.m. Interment Lakewood Memorial Park.
