Omprakash C. Asija

Omprakash Chandarbhan Asija (Om Ji), beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on December 2, 2025, at the age of 89. Surrounded by the love of his family, he left this world with the quiet grace that defined his life.

Born with a generous spirit, unmatched intelligence and unwavering integrity, Om Ji lived a life dedicated to family, hard work, and service to others. His wisdom, humor, and kindness, touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Throughout his long and fulfilling life, Om Ji was a pillar of strength for his family. He offered guidance without judgment, love without condition, and support without hesitation. He enjoyed life fully and was always ready for a new experience, armed with his beloved camera that lovingly captured precious moments. His stories, values, and traditions will continue to live on through all those he nurtured and inspired.

He will be deeply missed by his wife Padmavati, his sons Sanjay, Ajay and Sunil, his daughter Sunita, his son in law Sanjay, his daughters in law Rajni, Sumita and Neha, his grandchildren Aman, Arjun, Akshay, Yash, Aarna and Aaryan, and all those whose lives he brightened.

The family is grateful for the outpouring of love during this difficult time and invites all who knew him to remember Om Ji in their thoughts and prayers. 

May his soul rest in eternal peace.
