Norman E. Stockwell, 70, Beloved husband of 48 years to Karen K. (nee: Ridder); loving father of Michelle (David) Grant, Christine Stockwell and Michael Stockwell; dear grandfather of Penelope and Emma; fond son of Fern and the late Frank; caring brother of Kathy (Rick) Masterson and Wilma (Gene) Harris.
Norman was a member of the 4-H Clubs growing up and later joined the Air Force. He was a member of Teamsters Local 777 and drove a truck for Schneider Trucking Company. He had a great love for restoring old cars and all things auto racing.
Visitation Wednesday 3:00pm until time of services 7:30pm at The Countryside Funeral Homes and Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd. (at Stearns Rd.), Bartlett. Inurnment will be private in Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. info 630-289-7575 or www.countrysidefuneralhomes.com
