Noreen Ware

December 6, 1942 — December 30, 2024

Noreen R. Ware, 82, of Roselle, IL passed away on December 30, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. Noreen was born on December 6, 1942 in Shenandoah, IA to her parents William and Eileen Hixson. She met the love of her life, Edward Ware, in third grade and they were married happily for over 60 years. Ed was the only person to call Noreen by her nickname “Rosie”. Noreen enjoyed painting, cooking and she loved her flower gardens, but most of all she loved her family.

She is the beloved wife of Ed Ware; loving mother of Becky (Scott) Lambe and Bobbi (Scott) Jansen; cherished grandmother of Nicholas and Matthew Lambe and Kyle Jansen; dear sister of Darleen Huttig.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2025 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 333 South Roselle Rd. Roselle, IL 60172. A private cremation will be held after. For information, please contact Countryside Funeral Home, 630-529-5751.
