She worked as a head nurse of Orthopedics at West Lake Hospital in Melrose Park for over 25 years.
She is the beloved wife of the late Edward; loving mother of Judd Jandacek of Miami, FL and Jann (Wayne) Slover of Schaumburg; cherished grandmother of Amy, Alex and Brad.
