Nathan Charles MacDonald, 30, of Elgin, passed away suddenly on Saturday, May 30, 2026. An avid video gamer, Nathan was also a devout Chicago Blackhawks, Bears, and Sox fan. He will be remembered for being thoughtful, caring, and always giving. Beloved son of Scott William and Wendy Michelle (nee Clayman) MacDonald; dear brother of Taran MacDonald; cherished grandson of Charles and Dianne MacDonald and Clifford Clayman and the late Patricia Glarmany; fond cousin of many; devoted boyfriend of Isabella Ibarra. Visitation Friday, June 5 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 95 S. Gilbert St. (at State St.), South Elgin. Following services cremation private at Countryside Crematory.
