A memorial visitation for Nancy Lee Zabran nee Mogler of Bellevue, Iowa, formerly of Elgin will be held Saturday November 17, 2012 10:00a.m. until the time of service 12noon at the Countryside Funeral Homes and Crematory 95 S. Gilbert Rd. (at Middle St.) South Elgin.
Born August 28, 1938 in Elgin to Robert and Ruth Mogler nee Hoagland, Nancy died Saturday November 10, 2012 at home.
She loved the river and thought Bellevue was beautiful and quiet. Nancy was a generous woman with a great sense of humor who loved her family and cherished her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, playing bingo and cards.
Nancy is the beloved wife of the late Jerry, whom she married May 25, 1959; loving mother of Michael (Lori) of Elgin, Russell (Sherri) of Maquoketa, David (Kelly) of South Elgin and Jerrilynn (Robert) Vandenburg of Pulaski, WI; cherished grandmother of 8; proud great grandmother of 3; dear sister of Robert and Thomas (Kris) Mogler of Elgin, Kae (Paul) Stewart of Ft.
