Kay (nee Pavia); beloved wife of Edward; loving mother of Edward (Loretta), Mary (Lawrence) Schleicher and Thomas (Ruth); cherished grandmother of Nancy (John) Kalush, Ellen (Adam) Zmuda, Michael (Jennifer) Schleicher, Timothy Kay, Stephen Schleicher, Elizabeth Kay; proud great grandmother of Abigail Schleicher; dear sister of the late Josephine (late Roy) Vergo, late Nick (late Philomena) Pavia and the late Patrick (Geraldine) Pavia; daughter of the late Michael and Mary (nee Tenore) Pavia; many loving nieces and nephews.
A volunteer at the Elmhurst Hospital Auxiliary for many years.
Visitation Thursday, September 6th from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. at Clare Oaks Chapel, 825 Carillon Dr., Bartlett. Visitation also Friday, September 7th from 11:30 a.m. until the time of mass 12:30 p.m. at Clare Oaks Chapel. Following mass cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers donations to Clare Oaks, 825 Carillon Dr., Bartlett, IL 60103 would be appreciated. Arrangements by Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, Bartlett.
