Myrna Schafer

Myrna J. Schafer, 75, of Itasca, IL passed away on December 19, 2024. Myrna was born on March 30, 1949 to her parents Eugene and Vivian Kleeschulte. She is the beloved wife of the late Gustav P.P. Schafer, loving mother of the late Tanya (the late Dennis) and Shawn (Michele); wonderful grandmother of Kathryn, Shawn, Jr. and Hannah; dear sister to the late Dennis (Linda), Larry (Nancy), Marlene (Rick), Michael (Patty) and Missie (Larry Don); cherished aunt, cousin and friend to so many.

A Celebration of Life will be held in honor of Gustav and Myrna on Sunday, January 12, 2025 from 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm with a Service at 5:00 pm at Countryside Funeral Home, 333 S. Roselle Rd. Roselle, IL 60172. For information, please contact Countryside Funeral Home, 630-529-5751.
