Visitation for Murray Edwin Jones, a resident of Streamwood since 1968 will be held Saturday June 24, 2017 3:00p.m. until time of service 8:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory.
Born February 13, 1931 in Paducah, KY, Murray died Saturday June 17, 2017.
He is the beloved husband of 62 years of Maggie Lee nee Schindler; loving father of Daniel (Beth), Cindy (Jay) Harr, Cathy Reese, Connie Jones and Michael (fiance Allison Nelson); cherished grandfather of Jennifer, Burt, Anthony, Shyanne, Nick, Kenny, Kevin, Alex and Zach; proud great grandfather of Burt, Jordan, Kyle, Tanis, Rylin, Kyla and Amiyah; great great grandfather of Ella and Zane.
