Muoi Truong

August 20, 1930 — January 14, 2025

Muoi D. Truong, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 14, 2025.

Muoi came to the United States in 1985 and led a life full of love and dedication to her family and friends. She was a pillar of strength and a source of unwavering support for those around her. Her kindness and generous spirit touched the lives of many.

Muoi is survived by her children, grandchildren, and a multitude of friends who will forever cherish the memories of her. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.

Funeral services will be held at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 95 S. Gilbert St. (at State St.), South Elgin, IL on January 28, 2025 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Interment Bluff City Cemetery. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Muoi’s life. In lieu flowers, the family requests donations be made to her daughter with distribution afterward to contributing church, temples, and organizations which helped her family to settle in the USA.
