Mitchell S. Szady, Streamwood. Beloved husband of the late Florence (nee Kowalczyk); loving father of Mitchell J. (Barbara), and Patrick J. (Debra); cherished grandfather of Brian (Laura), Jennifer (Alan) Landry, Michele (Shane) Sylvester, Richard Farrar, and Stephanie Tuffey; proud great grandfather of Luke, Alani, Nila, Riley, Cassie, and Aiden; dear brother of the late Jean (the late Stanley) Zabek. Mitchell was a Deacon for 25 years at St. Stanislaus B&M Church, Chicago.

Visitation Wednesday, July 27, 3:00pm-8:00pm, Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Rd) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Funeral Thursday, 10:15am to St. Hubert Catholic Church. Mass 11:00am. Following mass cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory. Information 630-289-8054.
