Milton Merklin, 96, of Wenatchee, WA for 14 years. Milton was the beloved husband of the late Lily (nee Bendickson) and the late Beatrice. Loving father of Vicki Vesper, Henry (Judy) Kramer, and the late Bill (the late Judy) Kramer; proud grandfather of Paul (Debbie) Vesper, Tammi Wlodek, Dyana Rutkowski, Suzy (Peter) Skinder, Rob (Annette) Vesper, Don (Beth), Laura Kramer, and the late Josh Vesper; cherished great grandfather of Brad (Spring), Paul IV (Jill), Jason, Steven, Carolyn, Nikki, Blake, Brian, Brandon, Tiffany, Ryan, Sean, Jessie, Jacob, Robby, Jr., Zack, Angelica, Alexandra, Michael, and the late Christopher; fond great great grandfather of 11; dear brother of Laverne, and the late Bill, Bud, Dolores, Virginia, and Estelle.
Milton had served in the Army during WWII in France for 3 ½ years. He was an avid Cubs fan and loved his family.
Memorial visitation Friday July 29, 3:00p.m. until the time of memorial service 7:00p.m. at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Road) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Cremation took place privately at Countryside Crematory. Following services burial will take place at Wenatchee Cemetery in Wenatchee, WA. In lieu of flowers donations to Susan G.
