Prayers for Mildred "Millie" T. Michalik nee Plywaczynski of Florida, formerly of Elgin and a longtime resident of Streamwood, will begin Friday Nov. 4, 2011 9:15a.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg to St. John the Evangelist Church. Mass 10:00a.m. Interment River Valley Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home Thursday 3:00 - 9:00p.m.
Born April 16, 1931 in Chicago, Mildred died Friday, October 28, 2011 in Florida.
She is the beloved wife of the late William; loving mother of Pamela (Ron) Lapinski of Davenport, FL, Susan Michalik of Lewistown, PA, Bill (Tammy) of Bend, OR, Wayne (Marna) of Elgin and Mark (Kathy) of Bend, OR; proud grandmother of 8; dear sister of the late Dorothy and Stanley; many loving nieces and nephews.
