Mildred Conforti

Mildred Conforti, 87, nee Schilf; of Carol Stream, formerly of Bellwood; mom of Jan (Chuck) Sloan and Phil (significant other Gina Tricasi); grandma of Heather (Greg) Kocian, Brian (Kristin) Sloan, Phillip and Alyssa; great grandma of Carissa, Tyler, Abigail, Madison and Wyatt; sister of Anne (the late Robert) Suwada and the lat Lorraine (the late Leon) Seneke. Mildred enjoyed playing bingo, reading, needle pointing and crossword puzzles in her spare time. She was a valued volunteer for over 20+ years at CDH. Visitation Monday, February 12th, 5:00 pm until the time of her service at 8:00 pm at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 333 S. Roselle Rd. (1/2 mile south of Irving Park Rd.) Roselle. Cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory following her service. In lieu of flowers donations to the American Heart Association would be appreciated.
