Michael Scholtus

Visitation for Michael Scholtus, 57, of Hoffman Estates, will be Monday September 12, 2016 10:00a.m. until the time of mass 11:00a.m. at St. Hubert Church, 729 Grand Canyon Parkway, Hoffman Estates. Following mass, cremation will be private by Countryside Crematory.

Michael passed away September 6, 2016 at his home. He was born June 30, 1959 in Chicago to Joan nee Bertleff and John “Jack” Scholtus. He is preceded in death by both parents, grandparents, brother in-law George “Sonny” and his beloved sister Lenore.

Michael is survived by his two children, Sara Scholtus and Nicholas Scholtus. He is also survived by his siblings Jacqueline (Michael) Vozda, Denise (the late George “Sonny”) Hoefle, Corrine (Michael) Werderitch and the late Lenore (William) Lemker. He was the proud uncle of 10 nieces and nephews and 12 great nieces and nephews.
