Michael Lawson

Michael Donovan Lawson, 71, of Schaumburg, passed away Sunday, February 28, 2021. An avid Cubs and Bears fan, Michael was also a commercial pilot and known computer genius. Beloved husband of the late Evelyn; cherished partner of Carol Tautges; dear son of Gale and Marion (nee Anderson) Lawson; loving father of Kimberly Williams, Heather (Daren) Kneezel, Tom (Michelle) Lawson, and Julie Tautges; proud grandfather of America, Caleb, Simeon, Benjamin, Xander, Steven, Drake, Julia, and Jacob; fond brother of Crystal (the late Greg) Blanchard, Mark (Susan) Lawson, and the late Cynthia (Derrick) Thorson; devoted master of Coco, Olyve, Trixie, and Groot. Visitation Tuesday, March 9 from 9:00am until time of prayers 10:15am at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.), Streamwood/Schaumburg to St. Marcelline Church.
