Michael Sylvester Haskett, 93, of Chicago, IL passed away on November 18, 2024. A United States Marine Veteran, Mike was born on May 27, 1931 in Chicago, IL to his parents Sylvester and Marie Haskett. He is the beloved husband to the late Judith; loving father of Sheree (the late Michael) Maddex and Terry (Thomas) Lorek; cherished grandfather of Michael (Vincenza) Maddex, Meghan (Ryan) Rimkus, Emily (Nicholas) Rebholz, and Jack Finley; dear great-grandfather of Michael Maddex, Giulia Maddex, Ella Brophy, Ava Rimkus and Luke Rimkus. Cremation services held by Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, South Elgin, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Twelve Step House, 4454 N Damen Ave, Chicago, IL 60625.
