A US Army veteran, member of the 2nd INF, served in 1952 in the Korean War, Metro is the beloved husband of 61 years of Lillian nee Behl; loving father of Nicholas (Barbara) of Palatine, Christopher (Arlene) of Schaumburg and Philip (Michelle) of Hanover Park; proud grandfather of Lindsey, Christopher, Adriana, Jason and Mary; dear brother of Constantinos, Georgia (Robert) Kramer, Joette Marley and the late Helene Miller; many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations made to Kenneth Young Center 1001 Rohlwing Rd. Elk Grove Village, IL 60007 would be appreciated.
