Maxine L. Kozikowski, 91, of Bartlett died Sunday, August 1, 2009 in Hoffman Estates.
Born April 28, 1918 in South Bend, IN. She was the daughter of Frank and Ola (nee Rogers) Stape. She was employed by Sears for many years. Maxine enjoyed baking and caring for her family.
Survivors include nieces Debbie (Dan) Gunsteen of Bartlett and Sandra (John) Linde of Florida; nephews Frank “Bud” (Lynda) and Terry (Anne Marie) Stape both of Florida and many great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Chester, son Robert, parents, sisters Lorene Norrick and Paula Thomas, and brother Frank Stape.
Visitation Wednesday from 3 – 9 p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home, 950 South Bartlett Rd, Bartlett. Visitation will continue Thursday from 9 a.m. until time of prayers 9:30 a.m. going to Living Lord Lutheran Church, Funeral Service 10 a.m. Interment Memory Gardens.
