Visitation for Matthew James Wilson of Bartlett, will be held Wednesday December 14, 2011 3:00 - 9:00p.m. at the Coutryside Funeral Home 950 South Bartlett Rd. Bartlett. Following, cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory.
Born April 28, 1994 in Des Plaines, Matt died Friday December 9, 2011.
