Maryann Chwalisz

Maryann Chwalisz (formally Randolph, nee Szwankowski) died suddenly on April 10, 2017 in Hammond, IN at the age of 83.
Maryann is survived by her daughters Kenlyn, Barbara, Christine, Georgianna, and their husbands Ruben, Gerry, Jimmy, and Wayne, daughter in-law Terrie, eighteen grandchildren and thirty-three great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Genevieve Swankowski and her son John Randolph.
Maryann was born on August 11, 1933 in Chicago, IL to Joseph and Genevieve Szwankowski. She graduated from Lucy Flowers High School. She married George Randolph 1951 till his death in 1986. Second marriage to Richard Chwalisz 1987 till his death in 2016. Over the years Maryann has always shared her life experiences and encouraged all family and friends to pursue their life goals.
Maryann was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved to crochet and loved her soaps.
A memorial mass will be held Saturday May 13, 2017 10:30am at St Walter Church, 130 W. Pine Ave., Roselle IL.
