Born August 16, 1925 in Chicago, Mary Ann died Monday April 23, 2012.
She is the beloved wife of the late Lowell A.; loving mother of Janice M. (Ken) Klosowski; proud grandmother of Danielle; dear sister of Frances Jurasko, William Juvancic and the late Edward.
In lieu of flowers, donations made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society of Church of the Holy Spirit would be appreciated.
