Mary F. McVicker

Mary Louise McVicker of Bloomingdale, IL

She was born July 8, 1946 in Rockford, Illinois to Lois Riedelbauch Frech and Frank John Frech. Mary is survived by her brother Roger Frech of Norman, Oklahoma and sister Lannois Neely of Albuquerque, New Mexico along with her children Stella Hadraba, Melissa Butcher and , Bruce McVicker. She was preceded in death by her husband Donald McVicker.

Mary was a published author of both fiction and non-fiction books as well as magazines. She also enjoyed knitting and weaving. Music was an important part of her life, and she was an accomplished pianist. She volunteered for many years at the Chicago Art Museum.
