Mary R. McQuade, 78, of Streamwood, died Wednesday, September 29, 2010. Born June 22, 1932, Mary was the daughter of Joseph and Evelyn (nee Anderson) Butera. Mary enjoyed volunteering at St. Alexius and being with her family at home.
Survivors include husband Donald; daughter Donna Tackett; grandchildren Nicole, Justin, Danielle and Brianna; brother Joseph Butera and sisters Connie Charnota and Adele Mason.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Debra, parents, brother Anthony and sister Evelyn.
A visitation Sunday, October 3, 2010 from 11a.m. until time of funeral service 1p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Rd), Streamwood. Following services, cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for a fund to be established. 630
