Mary Virginia Mcgowan

Virginia McGowan, 79, of Bartlett died January 3, 2019. Virginia was the cherished daughter of the late Elbert and Annabel Woods; dear sister of the late E. John Woods; beloved aunt of Teresa "Teri" (Jeff) Shuga, Donald (Carol) Woods, and Kathleen (Danny) Carl; loving great aunt of Joshua Bell, Cody Bell, Jordan Shuga, Joshua Shuga, Michael Leinen and numerous other great nieces and nephews. She will be missed by her best friend Marianne Vercillo. Virginia loved her cats. She enjoyed cross stitching and a number of other crafts. Memorial Mass Friday, January 11th 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter Damian Church, 109 S. Crest, Bartlett. Luncheon to follow at Pasta Mia.
