Mary Ann Kohuth (nee Palluconi) of Lake Barrington formerly of Lake Zurich and the Chicago area; beloved wife of 46 years to Stephen; loving mother of Carolyn (Matthew) Pollina and Jennifer Good; cherished grandmother of Haley and Peyton Robinson, Mason Omiatek and Tessa Pollina; dear sister of the late Ronald Palluconi; proud aunt of Christine McGuire, James and Daniel Palluconi. She will also be missed by her faithful companions Shadow and Bandit.
Memorial visitation Thursday, April 30th, 3:00 - 9:00 p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd., (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett. Funeral Mass Friday, 11:00 a.m. at St. Francis de Sales Church, 135 S Buesching Rd, Lake Zurich, IL 60047. Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory.
