Mary C. Holub

Mary C. Holub, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt, passed away peacefully on November 8, 2025, at the age of 61. Born on a crisp winter day, January 31, 1964, Mary was a beacon of love, kindness, and strength to all who knew her.

Mary is survived by her cherished children, Michael Roberts and David McGeath, and her adored grandson, Riley. She also leaves behind her devoted siblings, Susan Matuszak, Robert Brown, Daniel Brown, and Ronald Brown, along with many loving nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly.

A devoted family woman, Mary was predeceased by her beloved daughter, Kelly Slove, and her parents, Ronald G.  and Monica Papiese. She is also reunited in rest with her sister, Laura (Robert) Howe.

Her family invites you to join them in celebrating Mary's life at a Memorial Visitation, which will be held on Friday, December 19, 2025, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Friendship Park Conservatory, located at 395 West Algonquin Rd, Des Plaines, Illinois. This gathering will be an opportunity to share memories, laughter, and love in remembrance of Mary’s warm spirit.

Mary’s arrangements are being handled with care and compassion by Countryside Funeral Homes & Crematory in Roselle, Illinois.

Mary’s legacy of love and kindness lives on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her. She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.
