Mary Lou Ginter

Mary Lou Ginter (nee Vertucci), 76, of Schaumburg, formerly of Chicago, passed away Monday, March 17, 2025. An avid Neil Diamond fan, Mary Lou was a secretary at Glenbrook Elementary School for over 32 years and a lifetime honored blood donor. Beloved mother of Curt Ginter, Jennifer (Justin) Stefanik, Glenn (Jodi) Ginter, Cindy (Cheri) Ginter, and Wendy (Lee) Bialek; proud grandmother of Paxon, Jaz, Reis, Cameron, Nicholas, Ethan, Jack, Ava, Hannah, Grant, and Zachary; dear sister of Fred Vertucci, Tom (Mary) Vertucci, Donna (John) McCarthy, the late Jim Vertucci, and the late Patti Pellegrini; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Saturday, March 22 from 9:00am until time of service 11:00am at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 S. Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.), Streamwood/Schaumburg.
